Residents in Halewood are being warned about people falsely representing a company offering energy efficiency upgrades to their home.
Application forms for energy efficiency improvement grants at five addresses in Halewood have recently been found to have been fraudulently completed by individuals representing intuECO Ltd.
The individuals representing Derby-based intuECO Ltd – a legitimate business – are no longer associated with the company and have had their company identification removed.
intuECO Ltd, who offer free energy efficiency upgrades funded by government grants, are not currently operating in Knowsley.
