Free activity places for children and young people this half term

by Jonathan Kearney

Children and young people across Knowsley can access over 2,200 free activity places during the forthcoming half term break.

Activities sessions will be taking place across the borough over four days between 28 and 31 May 2024.

Supported by Knowsley Council’s Hardship Fund and the Government’s Household Support Grant, sessions will be delivered by a variety of provider as part of the Knowsley SNAP programme.

Administered by One Knowsley in partnership with Knowsley Council, the free activity sessions will also include a healthy meal for participants.

No free school meal vouchers are required to secure an activity place, the sessions are open to everyone and there is no requirement to book a place.

You can find more about the free activities, including a map displaying where the activities are taking place, on the One Knowsley website.
