Volair and the Knowsley Older People’s Voice has teamed up to tour the Borough, celebrating International Day of Older Persons, but not just for the day – the entire month. The roadshows are based in local communities providing you with an opportunity to come along for a cuppa and a bite to eat and see what Knowsley can offer to support people to remain healthy, active and happy as we age.
The Living Well Bus will be available at Huyton, Kirkby and Stockbridge Village. The Living Well Service is offering physical health checks, advice, guidance and signposting for lifestyle, mental wellbeing and social support. It will also offer COVID-19 jabs for those who are eligible.
