Data Protection Compliance Officer
Salary is £45,091 – £46,142 per annum and the closing date is 31 December 2025
Information Governance provides service support and guidance on the UK General Data Protection Regulations (UK GDPR), Data Protection Act (DPA) 2018, Freedom of Information Act 2000, Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) and Records Management.
The role will work to the Council’s Deputy Data Protection Officer, supporting the Councils Statutory Data Protection Officer in ensuring that the Council meets a high level of compliance with data protection law and in embedding a culture of data protection and information security within the Council.

Deputy Complaints Manager (temporary post)
Salary is £37,280 -£39,152 per annum and the closing date is 31 December 2025
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Deputy Complaints Manager to join our Customer Liaison Team. This team delivers a high-quality, customer-focused feedback service, helping staff and service users resolve complaints effectively and fairly.
In this role, you will support the Complaints Manager in coordinating the Council’s Have Your Say feedback scheme; manage complaints relating to adult and children’s social care; liaise with the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman and provide support to Subject Access Requests (SAR) and Freedom of Information (FOI) processes.

Principal Revenues Manager
Salary is £51,356 to £52,413 per annum and the closing date is 4 January 2026
Knowsley Council’s Exchequer Services plays a vital role in safeguarding the financial health of the authority while supporting residents. We are seeking a dynamic Principal Revenues Manager to lead two specialist teams delivering critical services – the Sundry Debtors & Reconciliation Team (responsible for recovering income for goods and services provided by the Council) and the Financial Assessment & Charging Team (working closely with Adult Social Care to assess client contributions under the Care Act 2014 and supporting residents to maximise welfare benefits).

Group Manager – Private Finance Initiative Contract Manager
Salary is £69,604 to £75,656 per annum and the closing date is 11 January 2026
The Private Finance Initiative Contract Management Service manage the Council’s Building Schools for the Future Private Finance Initiative (PFI) Programme which delivers a range of services to the secondary school and College sector (seven Centres for Learning) within Knowsley and the specialist educational provision at Bluebell Park. The Service manages a 25-year contract terminating on the 31 August 2034. These services relate to the management of the various contracts for the provision of the buildings, hard facilities management, soft facilities management, catering and any changes/variations as requested by the site leadership teams.
