Visit the new café at Court Hey Park

by KMBC

A new mobile café has opened at Court Hey Park. Mobile Munchies – owned and operated by Pam & Ian Wilkins – is located at the stable block, next to the site of the former National Wildflower Centre.

The café is open from 10am to 3pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday offering a huge selection of hot and cold food and beverages.

Cllr Graham Morgan, Leader of Knowsley Council said

After speaking to local residents we understood how important it was to them to have a café back on the site, so we are delighted to welcome Mobile Munchies to Court Hey Park. I’ve visited the park on several occasions and it’s fantastic to see that the community are embracing and supporting this family-run business.

The opening of a café on site is the first step in a project that will see the former National Wildflower Centre site brought back into use for the benefit of the local community.
