The Range confirms opening date for Prescot store

National retailer The Range has announced the opening date for their new Prescot store.

The Range will open their doors for business at Cables Retail Park on Friday 29 April.

The retailer will occupy two previously empty units (formerly Argos and Outfit), taking up a prime site on the retail park.

The 23,000 sq ft store which will sell an array of goods from furniture, bedding, curtains, crafts, DIY, garden and pet supplies.

Free car parking for over 900 vehicles is available at the retail park, which is also a short walk from the train station in the town. The retail park is also well connected by the bus network.

Cllr Tony Brennan, Cabinet Member for Regeneration and Economic Development, said: “I’m delighted to see another major national retailer show confidence in our borough. I know that our residents are excited by the arrival of The Range. As well as offering a wider retail choice for residents and visitors this will also provide more job opportunities for local people.”
