Tex-Mex chain Taco Bell is making final preparations to open its doors on the new retail development in Kirkby Town Centre next week.
From Tuesday 24 August the Taco Bell drive-thru restaurant will be open from 11am until 11pm, 7 days a week, for drive-thru, eat in, take away and delivery options.
Free churros will be given to the first 100 cars through the drive-thru and residents are invited to say ‘Hola’ to Taco Bell with a free taco offer when customers download the Taco Bell UK app.
Customers will be able to order in advance via the Taco Bell app, website or third-party delivery platform or use the Drive-Thru.
Taco Bell is the world’s largest Mexican food chain and has 7,500 restaurants around the world. The Kirkby restaurant is Taco Bell’s 67th UK opening.
It will bring a new range of cuisine to Kirkby offering its famous Tacos, Burritos, Quesadillas and Nachos, plus it’s signature sauces and desserts – to name just a few!
Lucy Dee, Head of Marketing at Taco Bell UK, said “We’re delighted to be able to bring Taco Bell to Kirkby. Liverpool has been crying out for more Taco Bells and we’re very pleased to be able to deliver; creating local jobs despite challenging circumstances. We look forward to feeding residents from Tuesday onwards whether it be via home delivery, click and collect, drive-thru or takeaway.”
Cllr Graham Morgan, Leader of Knowsley Council, added “I’m delighted to welcome Taco Bell to Kirkby Town Centre. I’m also pleased that local people have also secured employment at the new restaurant too. We asked our residents and businesses what they wanted to see in Kirkby and more food and drink establishments was a priority for them. This family-friendly restaurant is a welcome boost to our town and the wider Borough.”
