by Jonathan Kearney

A housebuilder at the Halsnead Garden Village development is offering key workers incentives to purchase new homes.

Linden Homes is offering a package of incentives for key workers, including deposit contributions, discounts and the offer to cover stamp duty.

The scheme, available at The Meadows development at Halsnead Garden Village, offers a price discount of up to £25,000 on selected homes. This is available for those working in the NHS, Police, Ministry of Defence, education and other key workers.

The Meadows includes three and four-bedroom homes within Halsnead Garden Village.

Zac Worthington, Managing Director at Vistry Merseyside and Cheshire West, commented: “We are happy to be able to launch such a comprehensive package of support for buyers at The Meadows. This development has been hugely popular, and we are committed to making home ownership achievable for a wide range of people, including our invaluable key workers, especially in the current climate. We encourage anyone interested in securing an energy-efficient new build and savings worth thousands to get in touch soon.”
