Customer Services Operations Manager
Salary is £51,356 to £52,413 per annum and the closing date is 14 December 2025
As Customer Services Operations Manager, you will play a role in helping to deliver the Council’s priorities, and legal requirements set out by the General Register Office for England and Wales. You will be responsible for planning, developing, delivering, and managing the statutory Registration Service and Customer Liaison functions, ensuring high standards of service delivery.

Learning and Development Officer (Domestic Abuse / Violence against Women and Girls)
Salary is £45,091 – £46,142 per annum and the closing date is 11 December 2025
As a specialist in Domestic Abuse and Violence Against Women and Girls you will be a subject expert and support the Council and the wider partnership to ensure the workforce are equipped to respond to those experiencing or at risk of domestic abuse and Violene Against Women and Girls.
Learning from the user voice experience, multi-agency learning reviews/research, you will design, develop and deliver training packages, share, and embed best practice and raise awareness of Domestic Abuse and Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG).

Recycling Officer
Salary is £25,583 to £25,989 per annum and the closing date is 21 December 2025
We are seeking to appoint highly motivated, flexible and committed Recycling Officers.
The role will include collection and emptying of waste and recycling containers, removal of bulky household waste items and engagement with members of the public to secure high levels of recycling and customer satisfaction.
