Programme Director – Cheshire & Merseyside Association of Directors of Adult Social Services
Salary is £87,117 to £93,978 per annum and the closing date is 19 November 2025
You’ll play a fundamental role in the transformation and improvement of Adult Social Care and integrated health and social care across nine Local Authorities as well as lead and champion transformational change, bring forward opportunities for change, promote innovative thinking & evidence-based decision making.
As the Programme Director for Cheshire & Merseyside Association of Directors of Adult Social Services you will work with a broad variety of stakeholders to ensure the nine directors are actively planning for changes, including policy direction and incoming legislation.

Clerk of Works – Major Developments and Infrastructure
Salary is £34,434 – £36,363 per annum and the closing date is 16 November 2025.
The role is to monitor the ongoing delivery of a wide range of projects through quality and specification, and keep up to date daily records of site visits, report issues found and sign off completion of schemes.
You must have experience and knowledge of Highway engineering construction methods and practises as a clerk of works or site manager.
A civil engineering related vocational training accreditation / qualification related to Highways works would be ideal although training can be provided

Arboricultural Officer
Salary is £34,434 – £36,363 per annum and the closing date is 16 November 2025
In this key role, you will as part of a team deliver all aspects of the Council’s arboricultural service, ensuring our tree management operations are cost-effective, compliant with current legislation, and aligned with best practices.
You will play a vital role in surveying and managing the Council’s tree stock, liaising with contractors, supporting residents, and promoting the Council’s tree policies. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of our local environment and make a positive impact across our community.

Shield Advanced Social Worker
Salary is £45,091 – £46,142 per annum and the closing date is 11 November 2025
The primary focus of this role is to deliver a mix of therapeutic interventions with both children and their parents or carers, addressing complex issues related to harmful sexual behaviour and forms of exploitation such as sexual and criminal exploitation. This is a key role in delivering coordinated and impactful interventions to families with children and young people aged 0–25, where challenges may include developmental trauma, peer dynamics, and wider contextual risks.
