Residents’ stories to help shape Future Huyton digital experience

by Jonathan Kearney

Local residents are being asked to share their stories and experiences of Huyton Village Centre and contribute to a new Augmented Reality experience.

Organised by Liverpool John Moores University, The Future Huyton project is seeking people to share their stories to become part of a new interactive digital experience in the Village Centre.

Participants will take part in three workshops, which will culminate in writing a story about their imagined vision for Huyton Village Centre.

All participants will receive a £50 Knowsley Town Centres Gift Card as a thank you for taking part.

Participants must live in the area and be over the age of 16 to take part. Anyone interested in taking part can sign up here.

Other digital creativity workshops will be taking place throughout the year. Knowsley residents and local community groups are welcome to express their interest in taking part here. Liverpool John Moores University PhD student Paschalis Chatzitryfonos will contact you via email to provide information and answer any questions.
