Step by step guide to reporting council issues online

by Gemma Melling

Do you have an issue you want to report to the council – such as flytipping, a broken streetlight or your bin not being collected?

You can now do all this, and much more, on the Knowsley Council website.

But if you’re not sure how to report issues using the council’s website, don’t worry. Here’s our step-by-step guide to how to do it:

Step one:

Visit www.knowsley.gov.uk and simply click on the online services button (top right hand side) or select the Pay for it, Apply for it, Report it or Book it option.

Step two:

Click on ‘log in’ or ‘register’ on the top right hand corner

Step three:

Click on the activity you would like to do online, for example you would like to report dog waste.

Step four:

Your online form will already be populated with your name, address and phone number from when you registered online.  You just need to complete where the dog fouling is on the location tab and then press ‘submit’.

… and that’s it!

Your report will be sent to the right team in the council to be dealt with.
