Updated service directory for Knowsley

by Laura Johnston

The OOPs (Outreach for Our People) booklet is a directory of services in Knowsley covering five areas – Health and Social Care, Community Safety, Homelife, Leisure and Social Activities, and Finance.

The OOPs booklet includes useful information if you’re feeling unwell, what you can do if you’re concerned about anti-social behaviour, how to get advice about your housing options, what community groups are near you, and what money you are entitled to.

The recently updated guide provides information to support a range of people including older people and adults at risk. Sections of the guide are colour coded and there is a handy index to make it easier to navigate.

The OOPs booklet can accessed online and in print, and has been made available from One Stop Shops, local GP Practices, Knowsley Carers, KOPV, Age UK Mid Mersey and Knowsley’s Pensioners Advocacy Service. You can request the guide in another format by calling 0151 449 3954.
