Deadline extended for Knowsley Education Awards nominations

If you know a superstar of education in Knowsley, don’t wait… make sure you nominate them for a 2024 Knowsley Education Award!

This aspirational event will once again be held at Shakespeare North Playhouse in Prescot, with nominees invited to celebrate the very best of the borough. The evening will be a celebration of the achievements of the schools, teachers, pupils & staff across Knowsley over the past year.

A total of 13 awards will be on offer, with a panel of experts assessing nominations before producing a shortlist ahead of the awards evening on Monday, 15 July 2024.

The deadline for nominations has been extended until Wednesday, 22 May – and your nomination could be one of our worthy winners! 

The categories will be as follows:

  • Outstanding Achievement
  • Young Entrepreneur (Team Or Individual)
  • Next Future Leader
  • Cultural Achievement Award
  • Overcoming Adversity Award
  • Young Citizen Of The Year
  • Eco Champions Award
  • STEM Project Of The Year
  • Support Champion Of The Year
  • Teacher Of The Year
  • School Of The Year (Primary)
  • School Of The Year (Secondary)
  • Diversity & Inclusion Award

Get your nominations in before Friday, 17 May.

Nominations can be submitted by anyone – students, parents, teachers, head teachers. You can nominate somebody who has helped or inspired you, or even nominate yourself.

Shortlisted nominees will be invited to the prestigious awards ceremony at The Shakespeare North Playhouse.
