Knowsley Council’s website has an exciting new look – making it easier than ever for you to find the information you need and report issues to us online.
The new design places a greater emphasis on the things residents want to do on the website – such as quickly and easily reporting potholes, applying for a parking permit or booking a Registrars appointment.
With a colourful and eye-catching design, based on easy to understand icons, the website has been improved and updated to make it even easier to navigate your way around the site straight to the information that you want. It’s mobile friendly so you’ll find it convenient and straightforward to use, whatever device you are using – whether it’s a smartphone, desktop or tablet.
So, if you want to find out when your bin is collected, report flytipping, a faulty lamppost or any other local issues, doing it online offers the quickest, easiest way to do it.
Since April, news from Knowsley is no longer posted to the council’s website but can be found here on Knowsley News online instead – and with an easy link to this site from the council’s homepage you can keep up to date with everything that is going on in your community. Creating this separate site also allows the council’s website to focus on helping you do the things you need to do – whether it’s paying your Council Tax, applying for a school place or browsing the library of e-books available to borrow from Knowsley’s libraries.
The improvements are all part of the council’s commitment to make it as easy and convenient as possible for residents to contact it online – which means no waiting on hold or standing in a queue.
