Plus, you can contact the council on a day, time and location to suit you, there are no queues and it is free!
If you need help to get online or need help finding your way around the website, the online chat facility can help you (between the hours of 9am and 5pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and 9am and 4pm on Wednesdays). You can start an online chat on the ‘online services’ section of the website. Plus there are digital champions in each of the One Stop Shops who will guide you through the online process.
