Recycling Team Leader (Driver)
Salary is £28,598 to £31,022 per annum and the closing date is 3 November 2025.
We require a highly motivated, flexible, and committed Recycling Driver / Team Leader with responsibility for the safe operation of a refuse collection vehicle and leading a team of Recycling Officers in a busy and demanding service.
The job also requires manoeuvring of waste collection receptacles and an ability to meet high production levels. Along with engagement with members of the public to secure high levels of recycling and customer satisfaction.

Family First Case Manager x 4
Salary is £37,280 – £39,152 per annum and the closing date is 4 November 2025. There are 4 posts – one permanent and 3 on a 2-year Fixed Term Contract.
Family First provides Early Help Assessment, Interventions, Support and Review to children and families who need Targeted Interventions. This highly professional and strong team deliver improved outcomes to children and families in Knowsley.
Family First Case Managers will adopt a multi-disciplinary approach to working with families and will have a good working knowledge of services and interventions that are available across the partnership to support families.

Environmental Enforcement Officer
Salary is £34,434 – £36,363 per annum and the closing date is 4 November 2025

We’re looking for someone who can implement environmental education programmes working with wider services and partners; deliver targeted campaigns and utilise local intelligence to raise awareness and change behaviours; investigate complaints concerning environmental crime issues including fly tipping, littering; dog control and waste issues; gather evidence, prepare and serve legal notices and issue fixed penalty notices; and use a range of technical equipment required including, CCTV, mobile information technology devices etc.

Executive Director (Children’s Services)

Shared Lives Team Leader
Salary is £39,862 – £41,771 per annum and the closing date is 6 November 2025
This is an exciting time to join Adult Provider Services as we implement a programme of transformation. We are looking for an experienced manager to lead our Shared Lives scheme. Managing a team of Shared Lives Workers, you will be responsible for the recruitment, assessment, and ongoing support of Shared Lives carers who want to provide long and short-term placements in their homes to people with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs.

Arboricultural Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Arboricultural Officer to join our team. In this key role, you will as part of a team deliver all aspects of the Council’s arboricultural service, ensuring our tree management operations are cost-effective, compliant with current legislation, and aligned with best practices. Shield Advanced Social Worker
Salary is £45,091 – £46,142 per annum and the closing date is 11 November 2025

The primary focus of this role is to deliver a mix of therapeutic interventions with both children and their parents or carers, addressing complex issues related to harmful sexual behaviour and forms of exploitation such as sexual and criminal exploitation.
