Knowsley Deaf Services free online drop-in sessions

by Jonathan Kearney

Knowsley Deaf Services is hosting weekly online drop-in sessions for residents to access free support.

Every Friday from 10am to 12pm, you can join an Attend Anywhere online video call to speak with someone if you want support with something such as letter translation or phone calls.

Calls can be accessed via the website on devices such as smartphones, tablets and computers.

How do I attend?

When you’re ready, click ‘Start video call’. You may want to click ‘test call’ first to make sure everything is working. If prompted, allow your browser to access your camera and microphone.

The video call is free, no information entered in stored and calls are not recorded.

You can find a British Sign Language video with more information about the Attend Anywhere sessions on Youtube.

You can find out more information about support for residents who are deaf or hard of hearing on the Knowsley Council website.
