Do you know someone who needs help to get online?

Whether they need access to a computer or training on how to use one, please let them know that help is available.

More and more services are now available online, so there’s no better time to learn the ropes.

Knowsley’s Family And Community Education service offers a range of digital skills courses, many free of charge, delivered in more than 40 locations across the borough.

If you know someone who would benefit, they can ring the team on 0151 443 2026 to discuss their needs and which course would be best for them.

Digital champions are available in each of the council’s One Stop Shops (in Halewood, Huyton, Kirkby and Prescot) to guide people through the process of creating an account with the council and carry out a number of transactions that they can then do from the comfort of their own home!

Computers are available to use free of charge in the One Stop Shops as well as Knowsley’s libraries.

If you know someone who needs help and support getting online, please help them to get online by sharing this information with them.
