The team, who support local residents who are looking for employment, education or training, are currently helping recruiting staff for a number of household names including Aldi (recruiting 20 store assistants to work in the Huyton store which is currently being constructed) and a large retailer (recruiting eight HGV drivers). The team has also worked with The Coffee House in Huyton to recruit 8 residents for their latest outlet which opens in Huyton Village Centre next week.

Knowsley Works support residents on a one-to-one basis to ultimately help them to secure employment. Support includes CV development, job searches and applications, interview techniques as well as access to training opportunities and apprenticeships.
In addition, the team offers a full recruitment and selection service for employers which includes recruitment advertising, recruitment events, assessment centres, application review and shortlisting and interviews.
