As part of the Council’s ambitious development plans for Huyton Village Centre, work is due to commence next month on the demolition of two council buildings – the Computer Centre and Huyton Annexe. These works will make way for future investments through the St Michael’s Place development.
In advance of any works commencing, a “Meet the Contractor” event has been arranged for residents, businesses and visitors to come and find out more.
Representatives from the Council, GenR8 Kajima Regeneration Ltd (the Council’s development management partner) and Civils and Remediation Ltd (who are the contractors delivering the enabling works) will be on-hand to talk through the next phases of work in the village centre and answer any questions that you have.
