How to contact Citizens Advice Knowsley in Halewood

Citizens Advice Knowsley provides free, impartial, independent and confidential advice to residents of Knowsley on a range of issues including benefits, debt and employment.

You can speak to an Advisor by calling 0300 330 9008 from 10am until 4pm, Monday to Friday.  Many issues in relation to money advice, welfare benefits, housing, employment or consumer issues can be resolved over the phone, but face-to-face appointments can be made too if needed.

Appointments to see an Advisor at the Halewood Centre can be made by calling 0151 294 4081.  In addition, you can call into the Halewood Centre and use the free telephone to call the Advice line or appointment line during the One Stop Shop opening hours (9am until 5pm Monday to Friday).

There are other Citizen Advice offices available in Kirkby, Huyton, Prescot and Stockbridge Village.  Further details about opening times and contact details can be found on the Citizens Advice Knowsley website.
