Help us to shape the Knowsley Offer

by Guy Murphy

Knowsley Better Together brings people and organisations together for the benefit of Knowsley using the simple principle that by working together, more can be achieved.

Working together has been instrumental over the last few years – communities have come together, supporting one another, particularly throughout the pandemic and this is continuing.

In line with the changing needs of our communities, our Knowsley Better Together way of working is also being updated with the development of the Knowsley Offer – which will set out the support, facilities, and services available in your area and across the Borough.

We need your help to shape the Knowsley Offer – what is it you need to help you to thrive and live your best life?

We know that this will depend on people’s individual circumstances so whilst there will be things that are needed by everyone (such as well-maintained parks and green spaces and vibrant town centres), others may need better access to affordable or social housing or employment support.

Whatever it is you need, please share your views so that the support and services that are being provided meet your needs.

You can share your views through a short online survey below. The closing date for comments is 30 September 2022.

You can request a hard copy of the survey by emailing theknowsleyoffer@knowsley.gov.uk or by calling 0151 443 3380.

Cllr Graham Morgan, Leader of Knowsley Council, said “The Knowsley Offer is based on the needs and wishes of our communities so please spare a few moments to help us to shape the Knowsley Offer.

“The last few years have been extremely challenging for everyone – firstly with the pandemic and now with the cost of living crisis. It’s important that we do everything we can to ensure our communities thrive and live their best possible life.

“That’s where the Knowsley Offer comes in – it is being developed in partnership with our communities and will address the issues that are truly impacting on your day-to-day life.”
