Are you a music enthusiast, artist, professional, or business based in Knowsley? Then you’re invited to an event celebrating Knowsley’s unique contribution to the music landscape across the Liverpool City Region (LCR).
Hosted by the LCR Music Board, the event at Deanes House, Church St, Prescot L34 3LA, on Tuesday 22nd August, 6pm – 8.30pm, will highlight ongoing music projects across the region, as well as inviting guests to join discussions about the future of the sector, ask questions, and seek valuable advice.
Those attending will also be treated to refreshments and a performance by a local music artist, while networking – connecting with old friends and forging new connections.
Andy Dockerty, board member and MD of Adlib said: “As a Knowsley-based music business, I’m personally looking forward to joining my fellow Board Members at this event. The Music Board values the input from all those in our local music community as we strive to grasp the challenges and opportunities you face. Our aim is to be your advocate, ensuring the protection and growth of our local music ecosystem. We hope that all types of music professionals can join us, to share their thoughts, and be part of shaping the future of our thriving music community.”
This event is the fifth in a series of Music Board consultation events, each dedicated to a specific borough. Watch out for updates on our website – https://lcrmusicboard.co.uk/ – and social media for more similar events across the city region. Don’t miss this invaluable opportunity to make your mark.
