Help shape drug and alcohol services in Knowsley

by Guy Murphy

Knowsley Council and its partners are seeking the views of residents to help inform its drug and alcohol services plan for the next three years.

The partnership has launched an online survey which is open to anyone living or working in Knowsley and in particular those with lived experience, their families and members of the wider community/

Findings from the survey will used by the Knowsley’s Combating Drugs Partnership to help inform plans for the service, with the aim to reduce alcohol and drug related harm and improve individual and community health and wellbeing

All responses will be anonymous, and respondents do not have to answer every question. The closing date for the surveys is Wednesday 10th September 2025.

Cllr Christine Bannon, Knowsley Council Cabinet Member for Health, said: “The partnership is keen to ensure that voice of those living and working in Knowsley is at the centre of planning for our services. By taking part in the survey, you can help shape future plans and ensure that our drug and alcohol support services meet the needs of those in our communities.
