Help improve phlebotomy services by taking a short survey

by Guy Murphy

Mersey Care are keen to learn how patients would like to make appointments for blood tests in the future, which is why they are running a survey from 22 January to 5 February 2024.

Patients will be asked if they prefer making appointments online via their website, speaking to call handlers who can make appointments on their behalf or having the option to visit a clinic and wait.

Mersey Care has on average 10,000 appointments for blood tests across Liverpool, Sefton and Knowsley each week, and want to make the service as efficient as possible for all patients.

You can access the survey here: bit.ly/blood-test-survey  Please note: the survey is managed by Mersey Care and all information submitted via the form is collected by Mersey Care. The data is not held by Knowsley Council
