Get outdoors for free half term fun in parks!

by Cathy Sheel

Join us in Knowsley’s parks this May half term for activities to celebrate the fun you can have in your garden and in the great outdoors.

This year’s National Children’s Gardening Week (25 May – 2 June) coincides with half term week, so the council’s Green Space Rangers have joined forces with volunteers and local groups to organise activities to celebrate growing in the great outdoors.

All of the activities are free to attend, but some may require booking to manage group numbers. For all enquiries, please contact: ess.enquiries@knowsley.gov.uk

The activities are part funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund with the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority.

Here’s more information about National Children’s Gardening Week.
