Free digital skills sessions

If you or anyone you know needs help with doing the following activities online, you can take part in skills with Knowsley FACE for free….

  • Searching for jobs
  • Setting up an email account
  • Using Knowsley Council apps
  • Completing housing application forms
  • Accessing the internet
  • Filling out welfare benefit forms
  • Filling out Universal Gateway forms
  • Uploading CVs
  • Setting up an email account

The amount of time you choose to attend sessions depends on what you want/need to learn and don’t worry; there are no exams or tests.

The friendly and supportive tutors will help you to:

  • Develop your skills to become more confident in using computers, laptops or tablet devices
    Access forms you need
  • Protect yourself on the internet
  • Access other training and support you may need including support with English and Maths or progression to accredited courses such as Functional Skills ICT or ECDL

Halewood Library, Mondays 10.00am – 12.30pm
Huyton Library, Tuesdays 10.00am – 12.30pm
Stockbridge Library, Tuesdays 10.00am – 12.30pm
Prescot Library, Thursdays 10.00am – 12.30pm
Kirkby Library, Friday 10.00am – 12.30pm
Roby Hub (Age UK), Tuesdays 1.00pm – 3.30pm
Mackets Education Centre, Halewood, Wednesdays 12.30pm – 3.00pm
St John’s Infozone, Huyton, Wednesdays, 9.30am – 12.00pm and Thursday 1.00 pm – 3.30 pm
The Gate, Page moss, Wednesdays 12.30pm – 3.00pm and Thursday 10.00am – 12.30pm
Bluebell Apartments, Huyton, Fridays 1.00pm – 3.30pm.  Note this is a closed session for KHT Bluebell Residents only
