The European Parliament Elections will take place on Thursday 23 May 2019.
More than five million people across North West England will have the opportunity to vote in these elections to select the region’s eight Members of the European Parliament (MEPs).
To vote in these elections, anyone who has never registered or has recently moved must register by 7 May (you must re-register if you’ve changed address, name or nationality). The quickest and easiest way to register to vote is online at gov.uk/registertovote.
EU citizens wishing to cast their vote in the UK must be registered to vote and also submit a declaration form by 7 May.
