Egg-cellent Easter-themed trails at Knowsley parks

by Cathy Sheel

Forest elf ‘Oaksy’ and the Easter bunny have got together to create some new Easter egg-themed adventure trails at parks across Knowsley.

The trails are a great way to get outdoors and have some socially distanced fun over the Easter period – and beyond. Running from 29 March to 14 April, the trails are at: Court Hey Park, Huyton, L16 3NA, Stadt Moers Park, Whiston, L35 3RG, Halewood Park, Halewood, L26 7YD, and Mill Dam Park, Kirkby, L32 2AU.

To join the fun all you have to do is take a picture of the trail map on the notice board at the park entrance with your mobile phone, and then begin your search for the Easter Eggs and Easter themed clues and questions. Each egg features a clue that makes up a word.

Make sure to take a pen and paper to jot down the answers and identify the missing word. When you’ve finished check the mystery word on the notice board.

Good luck and tweet your findings @KnowsleyParks
