We can help! The LCR Login initiative is aimed at Knowsley residents who struggle to access or use digital services.

Successful applicants will attend a mandatory 3-hour training session in a Knowsley library and, upon completion, will receive:

  • A free Lenovo K9 Android tablet
  • A SIM card with 6 months of free Vodafone connectivity
  • A Mi-Fi mobile hotspot device for portable internet access

You just need to be:-

  • Aged 18+
  • A resident of Knowsley
  • Be willing and able to attend a full 3-hour training session
  • Complete a short mandatory feedback form

Please note that demand is expected to be high, and places are limited.

The training sessions are taking place on:-Monday 2 February – 10:00 am | Huyton Library

  • Tuesday 10 February – 10:00 am – Stockbridge Village Library
  • Friday 20 February – 10:00 am – Halewood Library
  • Wednesday 25 February – 10:00 am – Prescot Library
  • Monday 2 March – 2:00 pm – Kirkby Library
  • Thursday 5 March – 2:00 pm – Huyton Library
  • Tuesday 10 March – 10:00 am – Halewood Library
  • Thursday 12 March – 10:00 am – Kirkby Library
  • Wednesday 18 March – 10:00 am – Prescot Library
  • Monday 23 March – 2:00 pm – Huyton Library

If you know someone who could benefit, please share this opportunity with them and reply with the following information:-

  • Full name
  • Full residential address
  • Date of birth
  • Contact details (email and/or telephone)
  • A brief description of how they are currently digitally excluded

Send the information to Online.Services@knowsley.gov.uk

We will then assess eligibility and contact residents directly where places are available.
