Cycling sessions in Huyton

by Laura Johnston

Keen young cyclists can have lots of fun while improving their cycling skills with Liverpool Century Road’s Go-Ride coaching.

Six to 16-year-olds who want to ditch their stabilisers, or improve their cycling and racing skills, can enjoy being trained by a qualified Level 2 coach at the club in a traffic-free environment.

The sessions are just £2 and held at Knowsley Leisure and Culture Park in Huyton every Thursday at 6pm, beginning on Thursday 19 April 2018.

If you or your child wants to get involved, you will need to bring a roadworthy bike and helmet, and a parent or guardian must come along to complete a consent form.

If you want to know more, you can contact Phil Mitchell on 0151 474 5187 or mitchellp1948@gmail.com, or Alan Linford on century.goride@gmail.com.

You can keep up-to-date with Liverpool Century Road Club on their Facebook page.
