Cycle coaching for young riders

by Laura Johnston

Young people aged five to 16 can take up the opportunity to learn how to ride a bike safely, and enjoy cycling in a safe environment with qualified coaches at Liverpool Century Road Club.

Riders will also be taught how to correctly handle a bike by the coaches, who are fully British Cycling qualified, DBS checked and certified First Aiders.

Riders must bring their own bike and helmet – helmets are mandatory and riders will unfortunately not be able to join in without one.

Sessions are just £2 each which includes snacks and drinks, and are on every Monday from 6pm to 7pm at Knowsley Leisure and Culture Park, beginning Monday 29 April until mid-September.

Find out more by visiting the Liverpool Century Road Club Go Ride website, their Facebook page or emailing century.goride@gmail.com

These sessions are part of HSBC UK Go-Ride.
