Cllr Graham Morgan was re-confirmed as Leader of Knowsley Council and named an unchanged Cabinet for the year ahead at the Council’s Annual Meeting on Friday, 21 May, 2020.
Due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic and the need to adhere to social distancing, the meeting took place online for the first time in the council’s history.
