More council services are now available at www.knowsley.gov.uk, with many more in development.
From paying your Council Tax, letting us know of a change to your circumstances (name changes, how many people are living at the property etc), through to requesting a pest control visit, reporting fly tipping or requesting a replacement bin, you can do it online.
You can now also report road issues through the council’s website – from reporting a pot hole, issues with road markings to faulty pavements, you can do it on the council’s website.
You can contact the council online on a date and time to suit you, whether you’re at home or out and about, plus it’s quicker, there are no queues and it’s free.
If you need help, you can use the ‘chat to an advisor’ option between 9am – 5pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and between 9am – 4pm on Wednesdays. An advisor will help you to find what you’re looking for and guide you through the process.
