A new restaurant, Casa Roni, will be officially opening its doors tomorrow in Kirkby town centre.
Located at 24 Newtown Gardens in the heart of the town centre, Casa Roni offers fresh Mediterranean cuisine.

The transformation of this vacant unit has included the installation of large bi-fold doors across the front, creating a bright and contemporary space to meet, eat, drink and socialise.
The offer includes pasta, risotto, wood-fired pizza and meats and fish as well as an impressive beverage menu. There’s also a special lunch-time offer with two courses for £16.50 available Monday to Friday from 12 noon until 4pm.

This latest opening complements the other offers progressing in the town including Lidl building their first supermarket in Kirkby on Telegraph Way, as well as a new family offer (Monkey Town) and leisure offer (Padel) also progressing.
The owner of Casa Roni, Baris Coskuncay, owns several popular restaurants including the very successful Casa Rima restaurant in Halewood.
Baris Coskuncay, owner of Casa Roni, said: “I’m delighted with what we’ve created here in Kirkby, thanks to the support from Knowsley Council, and I’m looking forward to welcoming people through my doors now that we are officially open.
“Whether is great food you’re after, a catch up with a friend or a celebration, please do pop in and see what we’ve created.”
Cllr Tony Brennan, Cabinet Member for Regeneration and Economic Development, added: “I was delighted to go and have a sneak peek today at Casa Roni. What Baris has achieved is truly remarkable and it will be a very welcome addition to Kirkby.
“We know from our engagement with residents that there is a real appetite for a food and drink offer in the town, as well as a stronger night-time economy, so I really wish Baris and his team the very best of luck with his new venture.”
