That’s the question Knowsley residents over 50 are being asked in a simple survey.
Knowsley Older People’s Voice (KOPV) is asking people to share their views of the internet, and their level of digital involvement, by completing a simple questionnaire.
The survey has been developed with organisations similar to KOPV operating across the Liverpool City Region, with the aim of gaining an insight into the use of online technology and services by older residents.
With the move towards more online services, the survey will also help to identify the barriers preventing people accessing the internet, how these barriers can be addressed and whether more traditional access routes to services should be retained.
There are two ways of taking part in the survey:
Call Knowsley Older People’s Voice on 07701 366233 and they will post a survey to you together with an envelope to send it back when you’ve finished.

The closing date for responses is Friday 16 October.
